The 1953 Clipper in San José is very near where I lived for nearly 30 years where I had all my Packards, Imperials and Cadillacs (up to 22 cars) and at the moment I am not far from there either! I used to have one just like it that was an original San Jose car in very nice condition but I understand that it probably no longer exists.

On the 1951, I have no idea why people take vertical photos of horizontal objects such as a car or even scenery.

The 55 looks nice. Do the pil pump conversion then go cruising. Wonder what the mileage is, probably 80k or more if they are noticing problems.

Parts for sale in PA. Categorized in the "Living Room Furniture" section 🤔. Caveat emptor I guess.

Probably because Facebook has no Packard choice in the automotive section which us why Packards are often listed there as other makes. The workaround is to use a non-automotive category where you can type it into the title directly.

If the listing is part of a private group rather than being in the general Marketplace, it would need a login. Unfortunately when already logged in, that’s transparent so links requiring the login are bound to get posted.

It always helps on Facebook and Craig’s List postings to include a photo here with the link for reference as those too disappear once the listing has expired so having the information here may help identify the car later on should it reappear somewhere else.

The interior isn't bad although the seat fabric appears ready to fall apart when used. The rest is excellent even if it's dirty. 1953-1954 hood ornament and very odd horn location.
