I am looking for an entire front sway bar setup that was optional on the 1937 115/120 cars to improve handling. I can pick it up at Hershey if needed.

Check with Packards Southwest.

I have one (used) assembly on order, and I believe they have at least one more on hand.

I'll call Gerry at Packards Southwest and ask. Are you sure it Packards Southwest vs Tucson Packard?

Tucson Packards might have it too as they recently bought several prewar parts cars up to 1941. I saw them when I was last there and believe there was at least one 1937 but I don’t recall the model(s). Of course, they may have one already in their extensive stock of parts and Gerry might too.

Talking to Gerry about this and verifying what parts I need, I reached out to Gary Kulp, who forwarded me this Technical Letter from 1936 which shows all the parts involved. I'm pretty sure I haven those lower L brackets. They are currently being used to mount the 12v 55/56 up at the front of the car. Gerry is checking to make sure he can locate the lower L shaped bar pieces go between those brackets and the link bar.

I'll try to clean up this image and get it posted to the Techinal Letters area.
