"Packard Motors" watch company?

I stumbled upon this site recently. Looks like some Packard enthusiasts founded a watch company that has only made one watch. Anyone ever heard of this?
packardmotors.us/ It's unclear whether this is connected to Roy Gullickson's operation, the guy who built that prototype in 1998. Obviously I'm not planning on buying one.

I remember seeing that about a year ago. I was wondering the same thing about if it was related to the concept car.
