"Packard Motors" watch company?

I stumbled upon this site recently. Looks like some Packard enthusiasts founded a watch company that has only made one watch. Anyone ever heard of this?
https://packardmotors.us/ It's unclear whether this is connected to Roy Gullickson's operation, the guy who built that prototype in 1998. Hagerty says they were still for sale as of 2020, but that watch company says they were founded 2019. https://www.hagerty.com/media/buying-and-selling/if-you-want-to-buy-packard-ask-the-man-who-owns-it/ P.S. Obviously I'm not planning on buying one.

I remember seeing that about a year ago. I was wondering the same thing about if it was related to the concept car.
