Because she hasn't been posted lately, here's an easy Find Fred picture. She is in the horse house, but the '46 Deluxe is parked at the other end of the building, so it's a bona fide Packard picture after a fashion.

If you're not having fun, maybe it's your own damned fault.

Boss.

She's a good girl.

I miss her routinely, but it's nice to get daily updates on her latest antics.

Speaking of, I got word that Fred didn't come to supper night before last or for breakfast yesterday morning. She has 24/7 kibble but gets canned food twice a day - three times if she gets bossy about it. The landlady started to wonder, but then her majesty showed up mid-afternoon yesterday and demanded grub. So she mush have been either on walkabout or attending to Very Important Cat Business.

Because the farmlette seems to be attracting a larger number of feral cats and there seem to be turf struggles brewing, the easiest way to cure it is to quit feeding them. Of course, that means that Miss Fred will be becoming a house cat.

I have mixed feelings about this, truly.

Watch out for Fred filing for reimbursement of expenses for her Very Important Cat Business trip.

It's official: the landlady moved Fred inside and put her in the spare room with an open door policy to the rest of the house. At least there are Packard books in there for her to read.

Poor Fred, under house arrest! I hope the warden (landlady) treats him good.....

The Outdoor Cat Dynamics have all changed, so it is for the best. And this way, we don't have to worry about if the coyote gets her or if she gets made into road pizza.

She made a lot of great old car memories:

Not dead yet. Fred is fine. Eyeballing another Clipper up north, hoping we can make a deal. We'll see.
