The lower front and all rear hinge pins are part number 304147 and were used on the Junior Packards from 1935-1939. If you have to make them, they are 7/32" (.3437") in diameter and approximately 2 25/32" long. The parts book says that oversize pins were available in .005 and 1/32" sizes. Oil groove pins were also listed.

If the hinge pins were incorrect the holes in the hinge body are probably out of round. You may want to consider reaming them oversize and turning new pins for them. You can get reamers at McMaster-Carr for ~$30. I would probably make the pins out of 544 bearing bronze which won't rust and is easy to machine.
