You know that moment when you realize age is finally catching up with you? Yeah, I refused to acknowledge that until this weekend. Changed out the differential oil, after listening to me grunt and groan just to get to the ground...........my Daughter jumped in, no prior experience, and successfully drained and refilled the diff this weekend. Less than two hour too! This car is staying in the family, she's a Packard fan now, working on my oldest son too!LOL

Fantastic! My daughter too is way more interested in turning a wrench than my son. She is also a better ball player! (Hope he doesn't see this!!)

I'm proud of her for you. Working with differential oil worst job because of smell which really lingers . Tell her thats one of really bad jobs surprised you didnot have her wear gloves Good Job

she kept commenting on that, and I quote "Smells like rotten butt!"LOL I waited until she brought the pan up, sure enough she was correct!!LMBO

Surprising how fast you can get used to the smell of sulfur. Thought it was awful when I first starting working on my rear axle, now I barely notice it.

Awesome. Watch that hair with the creeper! I have two daughters, 10 and 8. Hopefully one of them will want to work in my transmission shop.
