are the mounting bolt patterns the same for a standard front seat as that of a power front seat in a 1955 Packard 400?

I believe the floor holes are the same clear back to 1951 and maybe prior (not sure, though) but for power seats there is an anchor on the floor for the front/back actuator. In 1954 it was spot-welded to the floor and for 1956 I believe it was held by the seat bolts but not sure about 1955.
