As Packard Don alluded to, above, In Jersey and Pa., fog and driving lights MUST be wired so that they only come on when headlights are on. PB

Best practice is to have fog lights operate only if low beam is on. In spite of the number of modern car drivers who treat fog lights as driving lights and parking lights as running lights

If you want to add that LO beam only option then instead of hooking relay terminal 86 I show in the modified drawing to the headlight sw terminal to provide the power to turn relay on you would need to run the wire out and down to the dimmer switch LO beam terminal and pick up relay coil power at that point. The wire currently on headlight sw terminal runs directly to the dimmer switch common terminal so no difference in circuit other than the LO beam restriction provided by the dimmer switch.
