It looks like nappa may have the bearings for some of these old Packards.

Packard isn't listed but many older model cars are.

Headed there to see if what they have matches.

I ran a search for bearing 2585 and it looks about right.
We'll see!

In my experience Bower (Packard OEM) and Timken share part numbers. Just read off the Bower number and write Timken instead in your Google search. Even better use RockAuto. $23.79

Note that cups & cones are sold separately; you also need to read the number off the cup and buy one. Or sometimes you can figure the correct one from the Timken catalog with the dimensions.

In return for this help I am hopeful that you will add the few parts to the Parts Cross Reference if they are not already there. 😊

BTW timken also publishes a cross-reference catalog. Useful especially for seals.
