The side curtain hard ware consists of a simple vertical round bar with a square end that fits into the square hole in top of the door, Illustratiion 22 attached shows a typical side curtain rod. It not difficult to make by welding a short section of square bar to a round rod then bending it so that the rod is vertical when the square end in in the hole in the door.

I can't help with patterns, my Packard was a different model and it's sold however when I restored it the upholsterer made the side curtains to fit the car using photos of a similar model. I chose not to have the fold lines in the clear sections.

May be worth contacting this supplier to see if "other items" included side curtain patterns:
aro2000.com/ aro2000.com/packard%201929-55.htm Experience - Established in 1919, ARO patterns have been proven during "in house" & "field" installations for over 80 years by professional restorers & installation centers. Thanks all,
I reached out to ARO to no avail. He can duplicate but does not have the patterns. If nothing comes up , I may have to resort to Mr., Kikta's method. Happy New Year to all!

If the side curtains shown in the attachment provided by DavidM are correct for the car, they could be used as templates.
Photo copy each and use an overhead or digital projector to scale them up to 1:1. Attach file: Side Curtains_1.jpg (16.61 KB) Side Curtains_2.jpg (14.63 KB) Side Curtains_3.jpg (15.57 KB) Side Curtains_4.jpg (14.55 KB) Side Curtains_5.jpg (7.76 KB)
