Dampner done. Had to go under and vise grip the flywheel. This doesn't have any balance holes.

That's better
The way Terrill measures fan mount distance. 4 inches +,- . I'm a little over 4 inches. I used a starret ruler. Little piece i made to hold bearing shaft. Impeller side. And the Packard bushing tool works perfect to hold little piece.
