They are every where but, I mostly want the ones for the body mounting bolts. They are 3/16" thick.

You might try McMaster-Carr. Do a search for oversized washers and see if they have what you need. I see a few that are in the thickness range you mentioned at around a 2 inch OD. I don't know the bolt size you need but they do have them in the typical bolt size ranges Packard used of 5/16 thru 1/2 inch bolts. Their steel washers are just flat rounds though and not countersunk like some of the body bolts used under the heads. Here is a capture of some of the washers in your range.
