exhaust manifold

The exhaust manifold on my 1936 1404 has warpage from one end across the centre two ports of around .030" From the centre two ports to the other end is flat. My engineer is worried that so much metal has to be removed to make it all flat that the discrepancy between the inlet and exhaust manifolds will become an issue He asks what are the chances of obtaining a replacement manifold? The gaskets are hopeless, they were renewed last year but have blown again, hence the disassembly and investigation. This might be a common problem on this model Super Eight. Is there a fix, hopefully not at gigantic cost? Many thanks for any input.
