Robert had many articles published in The Packard Cormorant Magazine over the years. For his two-part article on Packard Owners Manuals, he collected one of every example, dating back to about 1904. He donated these manuals to the National Packard Museum in Warren, Ohio. He may have donated other materials to the museum as well. Best to check with them.

I asked the Executive Director regarding the Robert Neal Collection and YES, it was donated to the National Packard Museum.
The Collection is massive and is in the vault. The Collection is not inventoried, just indexed, so finding something within the collection would be a major undertaking. We work with a small group of volunteers at the Museum and finding qualified individuals to archive and preserve documents can be a challenge. It will be some time before articles within the Collection are inventoried. With that being said, there has been no inquiry recorded regarding records in the Collection. Perhaps the inquiry went to a different Museum or maybe technology was playing tricks again. If you have a specific question regarding Mr. Neal's Collection, please reach out to the National Packard Museum again. The staff is very helpful and always willing to assist. Thanks, Bill Vehicle Collection Committee National Packard Museum Warren, Ohio

It sounds to me that donating historical literature to the museum in Warren should be highly discouraged.
