A badly worn fan belt can ride too low on the pulleys and slip even when adjusted right. Some slipping belts squeal, but many do not.

Incidentally, your car has 1951 parking light lenses.

If the belt is too thin, it will ride down in the groove vs ride on the sides of the pulley like it supposed to, which can then cause it too slip.

If the top of the belt isn't sitting above the top of the pulley, then it's probably too thin or worn.

Besides a partially a clogged radiator, water pump with improper impeller clearance will cause it to move significantly less coolant that normal.

Also, check the timing.
