also, Will. what was the procedure you mentioned for getting the accelerator pump to work again? and does the carb need to come off for that?

To replace pump top part air horn

I bought the bushings but haven't tried putting them in.

If you have a carb shop near by get their options or have them do it.

What i bought

And I bought the cup. But haven't tried to see how to replace it.

I think you need the rod too.

No, just disconnect the vertical accelerator pump shaft from its linkage and lift off the accelerator pump boot. You can then lift the accelerator pump assembly out of the car and fill the chamber with gasoline. Then as you reinsert it, you should see the gasoline exit out of the correct area.
