I need working parts can someone help me please

Just popping in

Hello im Jake

I am in very much need for some parts for my 55' clipper custom it has the 5.8 352 and I seem to not be able to find the parts i am looking for

I am in need of:

piston rings

oil pump or conversion

distributor

set of lifters or a few depending on what's available (preferably a set)

I am in the process of tearing the engine down and i am in heavy need of these parts
I am very nervous because I cant find them and i am here asking to see if anyone can help me out

I have stuff to trade if interested from studebaker and other packard parts for interior and electrical.

They are all well-known Packard parts dealers. Check the Directory on this site’s left menu and/og s Google search as all are well-on own. For Joel, look at user packards1 on eBay and on the others, if you don’t see what you need on their site, call or email them as sites are rarely if ever up to date..

Are you the guy that sent me the transmission? I apologize if you asked me about any of this as I have not had access to my normal email recently.

All of this stuff is available. Piston rings, buy from Egge. Oil pumps can be repaired or you can buy the Jack Vines conversion for about $400. Distributors are available; parts are on RockAuto. I have a bunch of new and used lifters available at a very reasonable price.

i really appreciate it i will come back to you in the future if i need more parts.

also, where is a good place to find gaskets i bought valve cover gaskets not too long ago and it rounded up to 86 bucks i bought them off eBay.

I'm still new to this site so is it ok that i made a forum for this.
