Classic carbs. - no reply as of today. Max Merritt can make a aluminium one for 125. And having bought other remanufactured parts (mostly Bragg Kliesrath power brake parts) from them, I'd have good confidence in Classic and Exotic to produce a quality part. $100 seems pretty inexpensive, I'd not want to have to make it for that price.
