Hopefully you can find a parts car. 32 parts are rare. I have never seen any splash pan for sale though I haven't been looking for them. I got lucky with my wiring loom I was looking for. Someone gave me a lead and I found a guy with a std 8 wiring harness. It was the same length a the Super 8 I needed, butthe mounting brackets had to be moved. Then there was the bottom chrome piece for my windshield I was looking for a few years until I discovered 32's roadster didn't have a bottom chrome strip.

Maybe the guy who is selling some early 30s packard parts on the aaca.org forum has some.
