The artwork cars on the MOAAD web site on the right-hand side of the page are actually all Packards. This artwork was borrowed from a Packard press release and Esquire magazine article of the 1940s. The original story was written by a PMCC Public Relations man and art was by Packard stylists including John Reinhart.

Title of the original article was something like "Plastic Makes Perfect" and was about Packard's dream of making cars out of "plastic." The term in those days would translate today to "fiberglass."
