Classic air has a good kit. Depending on which you are interested in, they may still have a version of their deluxe unit that was cable operated and could be adapted to the original Packard slide control levers for some of the functions.

I have an old air products kit and for (i believe) $85 and shipping to them, they'll adapt your factory controls to their unit. I did that in my 71 and it's great. I don't know if just the ac controls can be shipped in your model, but i thought it was a nice touch.
