Metal mount and repair is one of the applications for Flexane. As long as the metal is prepared properly so a good bond is achieved, see no reason why not. You can also use the additive to modify the hardness. 87 might be a bit hard for motor mounts. Here is a link to an application where some uses mentioned.

Keegan. When i take my mould gang to the Rhino dealer for pouring is there anything i should tell him or ask???? Are there any varying formulations of the Rhino coating that i need to know about????
