The kits in the 56Js are made by a guy in TX (forgot the name), that custom builds them for the Auto-Lite distributor.

I've had an MSD-5 on my 55 Pat since I bought it 8 years ago. Nary a problem, but if there was one, it still retains the stock distributor and just one jumper wire converts back to stock.

resistors and zener on it's way. I'll pick up GM HEI 7 pin module tomorrow.

LETS NOT FORGET about the parts cross reference forum. Lets keep part numbers flowing into it. We really need to find a aftermarket part number for the lower control arms for 55 and 56. Same as 51-54????
