Vary the blower speed. That's what my Mark IV does. The rheostat generates alot of heat too.

That wasn't a computer fan, it's a fan that the aircraft industry uses to move air conditioned air through ducts throughout the cabin, they're small, lightweight, and move a LOT more air than a computer fan would ever dream of. One problem, they're 28 volts! They do have 12V versions though, with the same cfm rating.
