So I see they machined sleeves which slip over the spindle and provides a new bearing surface.

Ron told me in discussion of kit but I have Senior Moments regularly. Will find out and post. The only thing required was the spindle with steering arm attached which shouldn't be needed for future kits for the juniors.

It would be interesting to know if Ron could provide a Full kit and also a bracket and sleeve only kit with a parts list. That way someone could source the rotors, drums, and bearings locally. Might be better for folks that want to put it together over time as budget allows.

Ron is actually pretty close to me. His address is in Desert Hot Springs which is near Palm Springs. Not to far down the road from me.

Looks very interesting and nice--do like the bolt on bit for returning to stock. You mentioned still having the treadle vac. No mods or proportioning valves required? Stock wheels fit OK?

HH,
TV unit TOTALLY original and no prop valve. Stock wheels work great. The only items I bought locally were shorter grade 8 bolts or you can shim original ones. The two bolts that hold the steering arm originally entered from rear, I installed from front for rotor clearance. If you notice in one of the pics the rotor and steering arm seem close, it is 1/8" which works fine but I am going to grind a little off arm for about another 1/8".

Great to see another disc brake adaption on the JR wheels! It looks really professional and similar to the one on my 55 Pat done by Richard Graves Machine in Long Beach, CA, who is no longer doing same.

The question is still how to do a Senior adaption without using Junior wheel bolt pattern.

So has anyone figured out if the components of the '54-56 kit will work on the '51-53's?
