Hello all,

I have some front seat questions on my 400 front seat. First, how can I disassemble the seat backs from the bottom of the seat to clean everything properly? I already have the seat bottom pulled out.

Second, how can I fix this annoying peeling?

Also, I just noticed that my one front seat back has piping along the pink stripe, but not the other. What gives?

'55 400. Needs aesthetic parts put back on, and electrical system sorted.
'55 Clipper Deluxe. Engine is stuck-ish.

Get pilo bond contact cement.

Yeah I want to take my back rest front seat

Off too.

It does come off.

I think cotter pin is holding them. Only a guess.

Thanks for this. I'm going to order all the material I need to recover the seats. Might as well make use of the sale when the material I need is almost $200 a yard.
