On my car, the sway bar that bolts to the rear shock arms is turned the other way and the tail pipe runs under it. The tailpipe runs through the hole in the X member, under the sway bar, then over the axle. Most of the muffler is above the bottom of the frame rail.

Thanks Txgoat. So I confirmed with Flackmaster that it will "hover below the frame, and then up and over the axle....." Not sure if yours is the original style with a resonator. As I mentioned, when i removed my old one is is as you described and serpentine through the X frame. I was expecting same, but the design from Waldrons, who builds to "original specs", does not allow that. The muffler is in in the wide part of the X, and then the resonator is on the other side of the frame, as you move towards the back, where it attaches to the tailpipe, and loops over axle and under the Tank. It never hangs lower than any other part/pipe, its just not tucked away.

I will update as I continue and will provide some pictures as well.

In this photo, it appears to pass through the frame at least in the rear section.

That's how my car is put together. Note the rear sway bar position.

My car is assembled exactly like the pictures in # 184 and 185 above. Notice the the way the rear sway bar is mounted. It is not symmetrical, and it needs to be installed the way the pic in # 184 shows it.
The header pipe goes under the frame near the front running board bracket, then through the frame behind the big muffler.

When you re-install the rear sway bar, it needs to touch the shock arms on both sides at all 4 bolting points before the bolts are tightened. If it doesn't, place washers in the gaps to fill them before tightening the bolts. When the car is sitting on a level surface, tightening the sway bar bolts should not pull on the shock arms. The procedure is described either in the shop books or in one of the service bulletins.

I was able to get the exhaust in. I think this is where we landed. Pictures are from back (tail) to front (Mani)

The one thing I have not encountered are had to work around is Tcgoat reference to the sway bar? I am not sure if I need to do something on that and I’m missed a step?

Thoughts appreciated from the pictures or if a different view is needed.

Making some headway with exhaust thanks to all the great guidance!

Also had to take a different approach on the side kick board. Had to drill holes and use trees.
I think it actually turned out looking better and the are not going anywhere but easily removed if needed!

Let me know thoughts on exhaust
