German magazine visits Packard Proving Grounds
The German auto magazine Auto Bild Klassic visited the Packard Proving Grounds over the past weekend for a photo shoot. You can see the results here: apps.detroitnews.com/apps/multimedia/gallery.php?id=16713 They interviewed many of our volunteers and spoke with Russ Murphy, a former Packard employee. During the 2013 PAC National Meet Russ donated his two Packards to the Packard Motor Car Foundation, the caretakers of the PPG. One was a 1941 120 convertible in Cadet Cream and the other was a 1954 Caribbean in red and white. The PPG Open House is scheduled for Sunday, October 20th at 1:00 PM.
