I was wondering if anyone makes a fiber head gasket the only one I can find is copper.

Fiber gaskets won't hold the pressures or temperatures and will fail very quickly. You want the metal (copper or steel) sandwich gasket and these are commonly available from most any of the major Packard vendors, and Egge, to name a few.
