I thought the firewall has the same color as the body, but I came to the realization that the firewall on my 38 convertible sedan is black! And where the paint chips off on the firewall it shows a red/orange primer but no hint of blue. The same goes for the body; wherever the paint chipped there's a lighter blue underneath but no hint of black. Is there a logical explanation?
