31 water pump belt pulley issues

I have had to replace 3 belt pulleys that fit on my 833 packard in the last year.
Yesterday i removed the third one, I have changed the belts and made sure i had matching ones last time it went out.
Im really getting tired to taking the radiator off and dealing with this, can someone give me some feed back on what I may be doing wrong etc?
