All, I have two questions for the group...1. I am about to put on new door mrubber molding. Where should the joining of the two ends occur? Top, bottom? 2. How are the window seals on the doors attached? These are the ones that are attached to the doors and seal against the window. The painter pulled the old ones off.

Thanks!

It should be at the bottom, as gravity is going to drain water away from the joint. If you put it at the top, gravity is pulling the water into the joint.
