Can someone tell me what year this Packard bumper guard was used and was it for Junior or Senior series Packards.

1940 Senior, Super 8 160 and 180.

The cross bars are not correct. They should fill the shape of the holes in the guards. It is missing the hexagon bolts that attach it to the bumper. It may also be missing the internal spacer and backing plate. So basically you have 2 guards.
