Interior Question
Just can't stay away
Just can't stay away

I have a 35 1200 car, it has a cloth interior, am I correct in believing these would only have been done in cloth in period? I've seen a restored car with leather, I know that would be normal in an open car, but would it have been in a closed car?

I can't speak specifically to your 1200 but often non-cloth interiors were available on closed cars built for the export market. The answer to your question is probably in the Salesman's Data Book.
