I wish my Packard had that much detail.

I have one of these in my garage or is it book case thanks to my daughter now if I could get her to buy me the full size one it would be better. Its the thought that counts. The model does have great detail even down to the return spring for the parking brake.

Don't look now, but Danbury's already gone another step beyond the hardtop:

How am I ever supposed to get my real Caribbean done if I have to keep buying these awesome models?

Were all the '56 Caribbean's crafted in China?

I thought they were made in Detroit?

Now I have to crawl under the 400 and clean around the gas tank to check.

Randy looks like they had partial look at your new project just missed the center accent color.
Mine has a plastic sticker on gas tank that says crafted in China.

The trunk interior is wrong and the body outriggers don't look right either but you know I'm going to buy one and paint that stripe the correct Dover White(lol).
It's listed on Danbury mint for $149.00 not $129.00.

I did a little photoshop editting and with apologies to Danbury I like it with the white stripe. It even has my interior, trim code 96.
