Good afternoon all,
Longtime car guy here who just inherited a '51 250 Convertible that was owned by my late father. My Mom and I are looking to part with it. I'll definitely post an ad in the classified but wanted to say hi first.

Welcome Marc. Sorry to hear about your father. Looking forward to seeing the car, and I'm sure someone will be glad to give it a new home and be a caretaker for it. Let us know if you have any questions about the car. Folks here know their stuff.

When posting the ad, get as many pictures as you can. Outside, inside, engine bay, underneath the car showing common problem areas (behind rear wheels, rockers under the doors). Also any history of the car that you are aware of. For example was it restored, repainted, engine rebuilt, etc. The more information you can provide the better. Also price and location. There are also several other places to consider posting for sale if you want to broaden your net.
