Here's a couple of pics (5 yrs old) of the upcoming '56 Executive project, it's still in MD and won't be coming North until Ross Miller is back... it's hopefully a pretty solid car as it came from CA, and the intial goal is to get back on the road as a driving restoration project. This one was originally slated to become a Pack-up truck, but now will be going back to original. Will post some more current pics when I get them.
Welcome input & info from other Executive and 56 owners! regards from Roger in NY

nice looking car. Looks like it don't need a lot, but sometimes hidden things jump up and bite you. Where in Upstate N.Y. Might you make Gettysburg with the car.

Thanks Al - seems like there's ALWAYS something that bites you! Would like to get it to G-burg very much, but it depends on how far I can get with it mechanically. I know that area very well since I'm originally from about 15 miles S of Gettysburg, right over the Mason Dixon line in Taneytown MD, and 2 of our 3 kids went to Gettysburg College...so I paid a lot of bills to that place!! Great spot for the big meet, I'll be there with or without the 56.

Are you driving or trailering? Driving is kinda ballsy but can be an adventure if nothing too serious goes wrong.

You missed my point. Are you driving this car or trailering it right now?

Why do you ask? I haven't even gotten it home yet. It is currently in Maryland at Ross Miller's, until such time as he returns from Africa, when, after some ministrations by him, it will then be transported by rollback here to NY for me to begin the body and interior restoration, which I estimate will be a 3-5 year process through to final completion... I am something of a perfectionist

I am in Endicott NY, the original home of IBM. It's a suburb of Binghamton which is only about 5 miles N of the NY/PA line about an hour north of Scranton PA.
