I finally saw the plant last summer, and took some pictures. However, I couldn't get up the nerve to exit the car and look around inside. Especially with scary looking characters walking around nearby. I had hoped it would somehow be restored, but it just looks too huge and in too bad of shape for anyone to want to tackle. That would require the locals to actually do some work lifting and throwing instead of just standing around. I took my Packard down there for photos last summer and escaped unscathed. If it wern't for these places, the local citizens would be not as spirital as they are. The mayor of Detroit even broadcasts his annual personal adultry apoligies from one of these places.
