Have you called George at Olcar Bearing? There's not much he can't source in terms of bearings, seals, etc. Southern Pines, NC. 910-693-3324.
Have you checked Hollander's bearing interchange for interchange numbers?

If you can take accurate measurements of the bearing bore, O.D., and width, you make want to see if you can find an equivalent replacement at:
