I just lost all the power steering fluid for the fourth time today. I have rebuilt the pump....rebuilt the ram...rebuilt the control valve...brand new lines...I bought a nos control valve and rebuilt that with new seals...Each time I would run the car...it seemed like it didn't leak, and then all of a sudden, I'd lose all the fluid in a rush. It is coming out of the control valve, but I can't figure out why. Any ideas???

Welcome to the club. It took 4 tries to get my 54 convert to stop leaking. I think it was the control valve. Tuscon Packard rebuilt the unit a bunch of times and all were failure. What my engine builder did was get a valve from David Moe, Seattle Packard and rebuild. I works fine now.
