Almost all 6-volt automotive bulbs with the exception of some of the more exotic headlamp bulbs are pretty much stock items at any good autoparts store like NAPA, etc. If they don't have them they can usually have them in a day. But you may have to buy a package of several.
As to the specific bulb #s, perhaps they're listed in the parts book which you can download from this site. Also the owner's manuals, at least as of 1934, did note the candlepower of each bulb which you could use in conjunction with the attached lamp chart to find a suitable bulb #.

As an aside, Bruce Blevins (Mr. 1933) of Motor City Packards (PAC) had the 1933/34 3003 bulb reproduced. Prior to reproduction the bulbs were selling on eBay and at swap meets for $175 to $200. We were charging $40.
ALL of the net proceeds went to the Packard Motor Car Foundation to restore the Packard Proving Grounds. Late last year we sold our last bulb and this project raised $20,100+ for the PPG. We thought of having more 3003 bulbs reproduced but have discovered that our supplier is now out of business and the molds for the unique glass bulb are now gone. I believe Max Merritt has a few of our bulbs in stock now. Literally a brilliant idea.

Roger, that was a truly inspired project, also greatly appreciated by the Cadillac/LaSalle folks whose lamps used the same bulb.
I had a good stash of the OEM bulbs, bought back in the 60s when they were relatively cheap. Just before the project, if you could have found a good one (from a vendor that actually let you test all 3 filaments) for $200, you were doing well. I still bought some from the project at the very beginning just to support the project's inception.
