Brake Pedal stuck to floor

56 Clipper. Car has been parked for a good while. It had a brake line leak, and when I parked it, it was almost out of fluid.

I am wanting to do some restoration, and one thing that is odd is that the brake pedal is stuck to the floor. I mean stuck, You cannot lift it up by hand or anything.

Anybody know what it might be?

If your car is equipped with power brakes, there is a good chance your unit may need rebuilding. The BTV units did not hold up well if a car sat for a long time without use.

And if the standard brake same thing and also some stuff below floor on pedal shaft & linkage that could be corroded, loose or bent.
