Rear Main Oil Leak

Guys, My 320 leaks oil from under and around the trans inspection cover. I thought it was one of two things a oil pan gasket or rear main seal. It leaks bad when the motor is running or just after bieng cut off. very slow leak when it just sits. I took off the trans inspection cover and there is no sign of any oil leaking through there, it is dry as a bone. I would think if it was a rear main that the inside of the cover would have somekind of oil in it. What do you guys think, maybe pan gasket?

Thanks guys
