Exhaust/intake gaskets for 356 engine

I was wondering if anyone has used Best Gaskets products. I need to replace the exhaust/intake gaskets on a 356 engine. I'm looking for guidance with purchase. Also was told to use Permatex Ultra Copper. Considering the size and weight of the manifolds I want to do it right the first time.
Thanks for your input.

Best Gaskets are in wide use in the hobby and should be fine though if you can find them, the OEM type metal sandwich gaskets are perhaps a better choice. DO NOT use gasket cement on the manifolds; because of different operating temperatures and thus different expansions and contractions, manifolds need to have a small amount of freedom to move between themselves and the engine block and thus the gaskets should be installed dry. Use of gasket cement (if it can tolerate the temperatures) can lead to premature gasket failure.
