I have no idea what this pull-push thingy to the left of my steering column is supposed to do. Can't find it in the manual either. There also is this screw type thing next to it. What is this?

Knurled wheel is the trip odometer reset knob. Push up and turn.

Push pull knob is for the vacuum operated antenna. The chances of it working are two: fat and slim.
