I believe the dot on the oil pump shaft goes down on the eights and up on the sixes, slot is vertical. Dell

Chuck Peterson has closed his shop after 60 plus years. He has a 120 engine that needs a home, appears to have starter and manifolds that have been removed. Located Sacramento CA 916-256-9923. local pickup I am sure, also no info on price. Dell

I know that the jack is stored in a cardboard box on the other models, but I can't find room for the box in my Station Sedan. Thanks Dell

Thanks Howard; With sender in tank the gauge moves about 1/16 inch. The jumper wires are connected to the ground for the sender and the wire to gauge. Have tested ground with continuity tester and run separate wire to dash gauge. My extra NOS sender does the same thing. Also have run separate ground wire to screw that has tooth washer and holds sender to tank. Also all wiring is new.

Help! pulled most of my hair out with this fuel sending unit. Gauge works fine when out of the tank, put it in and no go. Anyone have an idea. Have tried two different sending units, ground is grounded. Dell
