The 1949 Club Coupe Sold at RM Auburn Fall in Sept. 2021 for $20,350. The seller must have made some improvements? No sale at Mecum Indy for $35,000.

Suggest you contact Tommy Baccaro, Director PAC Lone Star Packard Region in Houston. See the LSP website for his contact info. Meador was responsible for identifying and developing Packard dealerships. In that time, Dealers purchased their Packards from the distributor, not Packard Detroit. Earle Anthony held the distribution rights for Packard in California. A different system of selling cars. In that era, buyers could expect a 20% discount from the window sticker price or an inflated price for their trade-in. A different time!

Max Merritt offers straight molding for running boards. I am not aware of any company reproducing the horseshoes at this time.

I try not to make this platform an advertisement, but since I’m already answering the water pump kit question, I might as well let you know that Max Merritt ships Packard parts globally every day. Let me know if you would like our help.

My 1951 Patrician was creating a click making me think I had a stuck valve lifter. The local PAC club's technical expert diagnosed the problem as a leaking exhaust manifold gasket. He was correct.

Based on great internet photos, I made a deposit on a similar Patrician many years ago. I can't find the VIN of that car. In that case the original 9 main bearing 327 engine had been replaced by a 288. The seller was unaware of the engine replacement. I wanted the correct engine. Ask for the engine number if the 327 9 main bearing is important to you.
