I'm not sure what you are indicating. Before I posted this to the general forum, I did a complete workup on two Parts Cross-Reference entries (way down the list alphabetically, termed "V12 Fan Belt") with crossover #'s, original Part #'s, dimensions. Since you cant edit things on this forum after theyre posted, I had to create the 2nd one.

I dug into the depths of Mordor (33-36 Packard Shop Manual) to finally get actual dimensions for Packard V12 Fan Belts (not just the Parts Book 237887 or 239811 Numbers listed in the dumbed-down 37-39 Shop Manual). See my crossover info at:

Amazing that such basic service info was so elusive...hopefully I save someone else some time.

I believe your 39 is a junior grille with stationary vanes. If you have a senior model with the sylphon-driven movable louvered grille, I have more than a full set of both pivot lengths in non-corroded condition that I could make you a good deal on. PM me if so.

By all accounts, they are the same. I believe the original "B" was for bayonet base, but I cant substantiate that.

All plain designation 63 bulbs seem to fit identically with the correct incandescent amperage at 6V, so you should have no problem.

If you are going for a concourse restoration, then you will go down the incandescent avenue, however I have a faithful "driver" so am choosing to use (and seriously recommend that you consider) LED 6V plug/play replacements...check this link out and consider that (you can pick the temperature/luminescence color so you can get the right "look"):

If you go LED on many bulbs, contact me and I can give you the links to headlamp, interior, tail lamp, etc as I went through all that research/crossover stuff and could save you some headache.

Have 38-39 Packard Senior NOS interior handles (2), radio knobs (2) + radio collars (2), heater rheostat switches (2; Packard Part #239704). I am selling these as a group/batch (see images).

Last image shows the knobs/switches application/location on the 38-39 dashes.

The price is what polishing/prep/plating alone costs these days. These are original NOS, show-grade; no wear.

The dash shell looks like a great item.

Realize that it is not a Super 8 (or 12) dash for 1937...looks like your 38-39 range is valid.
