I've posted in the past asking where to purchase Packard floor mats like those in the attached photo. I was told to contact So Cal Packards and so I did. I sent several emails and cannot get a return email from them. Does anyone know if they are available elsewhere ?? I've exhausted my search. Thank you

In my opinion, those are ugly in the extreme so have you considered just having a local upholstery shop make you some carpeted mats?

I think I will go back to what I put over the carpet in my other cars while driving - Towels, to keep my carpet from getting soiled, wool carpet is too expensive to not take care of, plus the towels trap a lot of debris and easily remove at shows, cruise ins, etc.

Kanter has reproductions of the original Packard black rubber mats with Packard script. Looks delightfully plain and correct.

I agree with Ross. I've seen the Kanter rubber mats and they look much more Packard like.

Here's some pics of the "Packard" mat. The back has a waffle design to help keep it in place. I've had these for a long time. Took pics on top of dryer so you could see them better.

Would these mats also be correct in a junior car? Kanter has them listed under the senior section. Thanks!

The originals were made and offered for '55-'56 series. Previously , as far as we know, there were no other mats supplied by Packard with the Packard logo on them.

The primary function is to keep the carpet from getting mud/snow/junk on them so for "originality" just take them out of the car and place them in the trunk before judging.
